I understand about the Etesian. As I mentioned, that's why I'm using a Rolls VP29 phono pre-amp, currently. My question is this: if the VP29 isn't adequate to use with the Etesian, what do I need to be looking for when I upgrade to another phono preamp?

The Rolls VP29 does a nice job feeding a PC soundcard, but just doesn't cut it with the Etesian.
