OK, how did I do?

Was looking for a nice, smaller amp and a better phono stage for my basement system. I watched Audiogon like a hawk this week and came up with the following. An Audio Refinement Alpha Complete integrated for $500 with remote. Appears to be minty. I had one a few years back and loved the sound. I think it will be an excellent match for my big Klipsch RF5 loudspeakers. For phono, I got an Acoustech PH-1 for $600. I use a KAB modded Technics SL1200. I have six or seven cartridges and I love to swap them in and out. The removable headshell on the Technics is great for this. I figured the PH-1 is able to handle most any cart I throw at it. So, for $1100, how do you  think I did?

Seems to be a very good deal.  I personally don't like the sound of the Audio Refinement, I find its sound too analytical and cold however this really is a matter of taste because I think even at full price it provides an incredible sound quality if it's to your taste.  Have fun listening to your new toy.
