I know it's all been said before, but I just wanted to express my appreciation for Vinnie Rossi. How does the guy find the time to design and build these incredible Red Wine Audio products and yet always seem to go WAY out of his way to make sure his customers get the best possible service?  I'm sure I speak for many proud owners of Red Wine Audio products when I say THANKS Vinnie!

Vinnie actually has a twin brother locked away in his basement who does all the technical work while he fronts the business.

All kidding aside...Vinnie does offer excellent customer service.

Yeah!

Not too long ago, I created a little emergency for myself.  I sent the amp to Vinnie from Seattle on Monday and it was back in my possession, hotrodded, on Friday.  Now, I had to pay a little extra for shipping to make that happen, but that's gotta be a record - 1,200 miles per day!!!

I hear ya. The modded Toshiba I just purchased from Vinnie had a problem with the drawer courtesy of (surprise!) UPS even though Vinnie packed and double-boxed the unit EXTREMELY well for shipping. Vinnie went way out of his way to rectify the situation to my satisfaction and has answered about 14 emails from me in the last few days. Count me in as one of Redwine's long-term customers. Thanks again Vinnie! :thumb:

All,

Thanks for your posts about Red Wine Audio customer service....I really appreciate it and will do my very best in the future to be worthy of your praise.

It's been crazy busy for me these past few weeks.  My wife (Jen) recently accpeted a new teaching position in CT, so looks like we'll be moving this January.  This is a liittle stressful, but it will be worth it because A) my wife will be much happier teaching at a better school and with a much shorter commute, B) I'll get a bigger basement to work in, and C) I'll have my own listening room instead of using the living room, so no more "discussions" with  Jen about audio gear, wires everywhere, my computer, etc. taking over our living room. :argue:,  :banghead: ,  :surrender:

Thanks again,

Vinnie for President!

I shipped my Clari-T in for a minor problem with the volume control I've lived with for months on Tuesday via UPS.  Saturday I get an e-mail saying that he replaced the pot with an Alps (upgrade), replaced a couple of resistors to up the output a smidge, installed Auricaps, reflowed all the connections, and hopes to send it back out on Monday.  All at no charge!!

So while he was under the hood I had him also install Blackgates and he noticed that the battery was starting to wear down.

Bottom line, I'll be getting back a new, good as new amp in a week and a half that is equipped as Vinnie said, "The way the amp was meant to be heard."

Yes, that's Vinnie!  He knows how to grow his business = great products and great customer service.  That's why RWA has become such a success so quickly.  BTW Vinnie, hope your move goes smoothly this month.  It'll be fun to watch the goodies roll off the Vinnie/Louis assembly line in 2006.  And, JLM, you'll love the upgrades to your ClariT.  Just give it some time to burn-in those new caps.  It'll sound even better after 150 hrs or more.  Enjoy the music!

Hi Vinnie,

I would like to add my small voice to the growing chorus of friends who have
praised your products and service...

It is a great privilege to know you...your wisdom and help is without peer...

Your innovative approach to audio is a model that sets a new tone and standard
in an otherwise hyped and jaded industry...you are the REAL DEAL!!!!!!

I am really excited about your latest development in amplifier design...and await
with heightened expectation your announcement of its availability after your
extensive R&D...

Thanks for being there for us...

Warm Regards -Richard-

I can only agree with the above posts and add my kudo's to Vinnie and the courteous, professional and expedient manner in which Red Wine Audio business is conducted. The concern that you are satisfied with a purchase or that a problem is handled properly is very evident when you do business with Vinnie.
I currently have a Teac with Vinnie that is being modified and look forward to his new amp offering. I have not gone the SB3 or imod route yet but I imagine the imod is not too far off for me. I've not been disappointed in any RWA product that I have ordered.
Vinnie's style of business and quality of product and workmanship promotes customer loyalty and I look forward to future dealings with Red Wine Audio.

I guess I'll chime in here as well.  Just set up my analog modded Squeezebox 3 from Vinnie.  I had not even heard of this thing until about a month ago.  This device will change everything for me.  I love it.  I know I will be listening to a lot more music in the future which is many times better for me than television!

Thanks Vinnie.  Great job!
