Sonic differences Oval 9 vs T-14

Looking to upgrade my speaker wire.  Currently have the DH labs T-14, have a chance to pick up some used Analysis Plus Oval 9 for reasonable $$$.

Any comments on the Oval 9?  I am hesitant to purchase, only because my previous speaker cables were Transparent Audio Music Wave Plus, big $$$ and the lowly T-14 smoked em.

I quite like the Oval 9's.  I've never owned them but a fellow enthusiast has let me borrow them on more than one occasion for extended demo's and to burn-in gear for him.
I've had the T-14's as well but it's been so long I can't remember what I did or didn't like about them.

The Oval 9's are natural but have good detail.  I've found they 'synergize' with different amps differently... as you might expect.  I don't know how well they'll 'synergize' with your gear but if you can try before you buy, that's a good way to go.

I also have to recommend Gregg Straley's cables.. They're $240 or so... I hope to do a comparison of them vs. the Straley cables soon.

I am currently using the Oval 9s  on my set up and had borrowed the T-14 sometime back. In my set up the Oval 9s were clearly superior. The the T14 sounded veiled and bright comparitively. Like Carlman mentioned, the Oval 9s sounded more detailed and to my hearing they seem to improve bass a little..in terms of extension and "punch".

Thanks for sharing impressions.   I will give them a try.  Associated equipment, AVA T-8 pre, either heavily modded Adcom GFA5500 or Consonance Ella tube amps, speakers are Selah RC3R, Denon 3910, VH Pulsar interconnects.
