I've been trying to think of a way to encourage customers to use the review feature on our web site. When I designed the site I had the brilliant idea (copied from Amazon) that user submitted reviews would be a great feature. The reality has been that very few people have used the feature and it's one of those things that are only valuable when customers post feedback.
As a result I'm going to make a shameless bid to encourage people to post reviews. I'm going to give away something monthly to a customer selected at random who has posted a review. It doesn't have to be good.... that isn't the point. I learn as much from negative feedback as I do from bad. Bad doesn't make me feel as good but hey... if we don't learn about the bad there is no way we can improve what we are doing.
To kick this off I'm giving away a $100 gift certificate for anything we sell. I'm going to start it for the month of July. Any reviews submitted this month would be entered into the drawing. The only reviews that won't apply are for those products we are closing out (LC Audio Products). If you look at the number of reviews we have your chances of a win are great!
Only legit reviews count. I reserve the right to be the sole judge on what is legit. You have to have bought and own the product to review it.
We reserve the right to edit reviews that are offensive and to correct spelling and grammar. You are free to correct mine also.
