Anyone in the Carolinas interested in hearing Salk HT3’s and Blue Circle gear?

The speakers should be in my listening room around the 20th of this month. I will need time to set them up and let them break in. That being said I am thinking about having a get together July 8th, 9th or 10th. I am located 7 miles north of the city of Charlotte (exit 18 on 77n).

The rest of the system consists of the following:

Blue Circle BC3000 MKII balanced preamp
Blue Circle BC26MKII balanced amp
Blue Circle MR1200 PLC
Sim Audio Eclipse LE CD Player
All BC power cords
Acoustic Zen ICs and SC

I also have Blue Circle BC606, BC3 Galatea MKII and Despina MKII preamps for demo.

Yes, I would be interested in hearing the Salk speakers.  I will keep my eye on this thread as your plans evolve.

I'm always up for hearing different gear

I have to go down to Concord one of these weekends anyways.  A good friend of mine has been hounding me to bring down some gear to let him try out and for me to hear some of his latest acquisitions.

Depending on the response I can do Sat and Sunday so that there is not too much of a crowd.

The only possible delay would be the speakers because the rest of the gear is here and broken in. If there is any delay I will know in a week or two.

I received an update today and there may be a delay with the shipment of the speakers.

I will post an update when I know that they are on the way to Charlotte.
