Question about drilling Cornet chassis

The hole between the 1 3/8 and 1 1/8 tube holes  marked 0.359; can that be 3/8 = .375 or better 11/32 = .34375?  Or?

You might try the smaller hole.  It all depend on if you can squeeze in the plastic LED dome.  Fit might be a little loose on the larger hole, which you could then just add a little glue.  I always make sure everything is tightened down for no rattles.
