Ok, I have just been listening to my Cornet 2 Octal Hybrid, and I am really impressed. Everything about the sound seems right. A fellow Cornet Hybrid enthusiast lent me 2 Telefunken 12AX7's, and they tamed a bit of high end "brightness" I heard with a pair of 12AX7EH's. Bass is great, detail is there, and it all works together really well. Thanks for the great design and all the help.
