Anyone have experience with this player. Any comparisons to other players out there would be appreciated. i.e. Talk 3.1 vs Classe CDP 10?
Thanks

I think Levi, from NYC Audio Rave has the same unit.  Ask him.  The way I remember it, it was very competitive with the sound my transport (47 Labs Shigaraki) and a Dodson 317 DAC, the latter which cost around 8.5K and the entire Shigaraki and Dodson set going for 10K, which the Talk was around 3.5K.  Of course the more expensive set up had more air and the like, but if you were to listen to it alone, it would be hard to find a more rhythmic and revealing one box player, especially at the asking price.

Ask Levi.

Hogg has one too.  Paul summarized mostly everthing I have to say about the Talk 3.1b CD player. :D

Although the Talk 3.1b has a cheap looking Sony CDM14 transport, the electronic compoments are state of the art!

Ask Hogg.

Thanks for the correction Phil.  My memory is definetly failing me in regards to numbers and the Model.
