This is Jim at Audio by Van Alstine. Thanks for the support. I'll share that when we aren't testing products, but just listening in the office, our go-to combination is the DVA Digital Preamp into the NP1.

I own all manner of AVA equipment having discovered Frank in 2009. Many here go way further back. In any case, I have a whole buffet of Frank's equipment to mix and match (T10, Ultra series, Insight series, Fet Valve, SET series, Mk V DAC, et).

I'm presently using my Digital Preamp/Dac with my Insight 440 in my living room setup, but I've used it with my NP1 in my man cave, and its been fabulous with both. I use Salk speakers exclusively in my home.
