So I asked Gemini some random question that's media related and the topic moved towards my audio system.

I told AI what equipment I have and what I liked and disliked.  It gave very appropriate feedback.  Felt like I was talking to a very knowledgeable audio friend.

It suggested I download Equilizer APO and Peace UI.  And, it suggested what EQ settings to set to.

My system sounds so much better.  Best part, it's low effort and costs nothing.

If you use PC audio, I highly recommend giving Equilizer APO a try.

There you go.  I'm luckily already using Equalizer APO, but why stop there?
There is a brilliant free room correction software called GSONIC from a well-respected creator, which will work with Equalizer APO as well as others like Roon.  Many people report getting getting better/similar results as paid room correction softwares like DIRAC!

are you still using equilizer apo?  i will try the Gsonic later today.

i was having pretty interesting conversation with geminia.  i tell it what song i am listening to and what i like and dislike about the sound.  like i tell it i like to hear more of the snares in this song and it tells me what to change in peace ui.  after a few sessions, my stereo is pretty dialed in.  things i was thinking about upgrading such as my speakers' drivers and crossover, no more.

Last week I asked copilot about th pcm and DSD filters for my Luxman and Levinson DAC's.  I told copilot the sound I am after.  It explained in laymans terms what the different filters sound like and it was spot on.  My system never sounded better.
