Looking to put together a streamer, preamp and amps

So far I am looking at HIFI ROSE RS520 as an all in one.
Alternatively,  network connected CD  transport/streamer, a Freya+ or Kara preamp and maybe the Buckeye Class D monoblocks.
Budget under $5k.
Any advice or suggestions?
