“LAST” record, what, preservative?

Is Last even still around?  Anyone using it?  What has been your experience with it?  I have lots of LPs I treated moons ago, most still sound great, but of course I have no way to know how they would’ve “lasted” without treatment.

I have used it.  Still have part of a bottle in a drawer.  But I made the decision decades ago that I wanted less stuff in the groove, not more.

I also used quite a bit in the past but as the price has risen significantly over the years I've gotten away from it and truthfully can't say that I've noticed anything different. As Steve stated, 'less in the groves'  :thumb:

Recently inherited albums purchased in the '70s, '80s.  Some were "LASTED" when new. The previous owner took good care of his records and always had a good not great tt/cart.
It seems that the treated records sound clean for the most part. Some better than others, yet some untreated ones sound  clean too.
Not sure if he labeled all that were LASTED or if some were played  much less.

I never treated my own albums from that time, but took good care of them. Cleaned vinyl and stylus before each play. Some still sound very clean  others so so.
Now that Ive purchased many high quality pressings such as MoFi, I would not coat them with any product.
