I have 2 pairs of
Gregg Straley's 'Reality Cables' 8 foot Speaker Cables for sale. These are the "original" series speaker cables, terminated with spades on both ends. I'm offering each pair for $155 including shipping and Paypal fee in the Continental US.
I'm a fan of Gregg's cables, which is why I'm keeping one of the 3 pair that I originally purchased, even though I don't have an immediate use for them. (I bought 3 pair initially thinking that I'd pursue home theater, but I've stuck with 2-channel audio, so they've all been in storage for years.)
The cables are in great shape with no nicks to the insulation and fully intact heat shrink. The directional arrows show a slight bit of wear, but are fully legible. The gold plating on the spades is in good shape overall, though you can tell where binding posts have gripped them. A few of the spades show a bit plating wear-through in a few spots. I cleaned all of the spades first with isopropyl alcohol, and than Caig Pro Gold, so they are ready to go for you.
Be aware that Gregg's cables are of stiff, solid-core construction, so they won't "drape" across components or similar. The heavy gauge copper leaves them weighty enough that they could pull out of lesser binding posts if left unsupported. Note that this same stiffness and heavy build also let you gently bend them into position, after which they will retain that shape.
