 What is the latest information on the R-DES? It is like the item has fallen of the face of the earth.

If it has fallen, I hope somebody catches it and returns it! I wish I had a great story, all I can say right now is that the little details of pre-shipping are just taking forever. I was away for a week so I'm WAY behind on updates . . .will try to find out more and post when I know something more concrete. Thanks!

FINALLY!

Yes, it has been a long wait, but we should be able to ship all backorders by the 19th or 20th, and fill new orders soon after that.
