There is a ton written about this from Toole, Geddes, Olive, Parham, Harman and many others.https://speakerdata2034.blogspot.com/2019/02/spinorama-cea-2034-2015-ansi-data-format.htmlhttp://www.gedlee.com/Papers/directivity.pdfhttps://www.erinsaudiocorner.com/loudspeakers/selah_audio_purezza/
Thanks, that's what I've seen in simulations, it would be nice to see an L-frame measured though, there aren't many about and I think it has the potential to be a useful solution.
I've been experimenting with reducing baffle diffraction using large round overs and that is effective at reducing the on axis ripple due to edge diffraction.
The next time I have one up on the measurement system I'll shoot them all the way around.
Hi Danny, any chance of an update? Cheers
