With this cable, you'll experience a sonic uniqueness due to the purity of an 11.2% gold impregnated copper conductor. They throw a more lively, transparent sound that eliminates any veil in front of your sound stage. These were magic markered (as shown in pics) on one side to distinguish left or right signal flow, hence the '7' rating, otherwise they'd be an 8+
