Servo sub shooting flames

Hey guys I'm new on here. The servo sub is not my main reason for joining but I want to get an answer as to what happened for my double servo sub to short 6" flames out of what appeAred to be the plate amp toroidal transformer..

It appear the transformer was undersized for the intensive use(hi SPL demand) to which the two subs demanded for too long and it got very hot.

I agree, what brand of servo sub? Geeeze!!!!
