I’m trying to recreate a system I had in 79/80. That being said I’m in search of a pair of Cizek Model 1 speakers. They seem to be pretty rare. The bass on these was tight and the kids and highs were clear and sharp.  Any help works under be appreciated.

interesting loudspeaker, pretty common Peerless tweeter, i would like to know what the bi-cone midBass is.

If one of the famed viontage ones they could be VERY difficult to find andlikely pricey.

I won't be any help.  Sorry.  Reading your post reminded me of the system I had in 1979 (senior year of high school).  I had a large pair of Utah speakers.  I was told at the time they were a good brand.  I've never heard of them since.  I bought them used from a friend of a friend.  I realized a little while after I had them home that both tweeters were blown.  They didn't sound great.  My time with them was short-lived.

Good luck with your system.  I'm guessing yours was a better experience.
