After being stoked by an ass-kicking drum solo track at the last audiophile hoedown I went and bid for my own copy on eBay.  So today I get it and crank it up and oh my goodness it IS fucking amazing!  Now THAT'S what drums should sound like on record!  Sweet!  But then that's followed by four songs of the most bland, lifeless, milquetoast DRECK tunes I ever laid ears on!  :bawl:  Gawd almighty, why do they have to make these amazing sounding demo discs with music from a damn ABC after school special!?  Argh! :banghead:

What happens at these recording sessions anyway?  "No sorry Bob, you're starting to play something interesting, better take it down a notch!  This is audiophile music, it's not supposed to be good!"  Dammit, I want four more solo drum tracks for my thirty bucks!  ARGH! :banghead:  There's no justice!

Try the TAKESHI INOMATA - EX-SPIRAL XRCD.

That is one great drum demo cd, especially track 3.
