I have a like new Sonnet Hermes available
I originally got this as part of a trade deal and was using it to stream from my laptop to my secondary system connected via ethernet cable, and outputting to my dac. I tried all the general outputs (optical, coax, AES) and had just the tiniest preference for AES. I never tried the i2s output unfortunately as I don't have any gear that is compatible with that.
It was great and took away all the usb nervosa, but I have since dismantled my second system and don't use this anymore.
I have cards for both Roon and Volumio, but have only ever used volumio. Both microsd cards will be included in the sale. I don't have Roon; I control all my music through JRiver, which simply detected the Hermes on my network as an output device/zone. You can however use Volumio through a web browser to access your music library, but I only tried that a couple times before defaulting back to JRiver.
I don't have the original box, but will bubble wrap and box up like crazy.

Open to trades, I'm not looking for anything in particular though I find things that things which catch my interest are getting rather esoteric these days. Open to non audio gear as well (EDC, kitchen knives, etc, anything really).
