Hi. Andy from London. I have acquired a pair of preloved KEF Cantata. I want to upgrade the crossovers. Having bought the components it seems they are not good enough according to GR Research. So now I sit here wondering what to do when my listening den is sub standard to. Back to the drawing/soldering board?

Decisions, decisions.

I’m at the point where I can’t make my sound much better in the room I have, so I understand your dilemma. I absolutely believe that x-overs make a difference, but your sound is only as good as your weakest link. Decide where that is and begin your upgrades there.
