Latest version of the Concert Fidelity CF-080LSX3.
CF Japan made the preamp April 2021 and sold it to me two months ago.
I received the LSX3 from directly from CF Japan last week.
While waiting 2month for the preamp from Japan, I changed speakers during that time to high efficiency speakers and ordered a SET integrated and thus reluctantly selling.
Wish I can keep the LSX3 but its too much $$$ to have it in storage.
This preamp is everything what the reviewers/owners have been saying and more.
Owners are comparing LSX2 V.2 circuit to be better than Audio note M8 and other top end preamps.
Mine is a LSX3 v3.5 which is the latest circuit/input board from CF. Upgrade cost from LSX2 to 3 is in the range of $8000.
I went through Shindo Monbrison, Supratek Cortese LCR, Syrah, Don Sachs DS2, Audio Research Ref 6, 40th Anniversary, VTL 7.5 II, Benchmark LA4 etc etc and even though it is still breaking in with new tubes (NOS Telefunken ECC82, NOS Mullard 6CA4 rectifier from Brent Jesse) it sounds more immediate/natural/organic.
Aforementioned tubes are not included but I will give a good discount for the buyer. (Concert Fidelity does not include tubes with their units)
Also have NOS 12AU7 RCA Clear Top unused that CF recommended as a starting point which I will include at my asking price.
