Greetings from New Orleans
« on: 19 Jul 2022, 08:33 pm »
    Hello all,

My name is Errol, and I'm a new participant here on AudioCircle. I found my way here, via Dannie Richie's site:
https://gr-research.com

I've got a decent little rig that I'm enjoying, but like all self-described audiophiles, I'm always looking for tweaks/upgrades to enhance the sound.

My current rig:
  • Marantz TT-15 Turntable
  • Schitt Mani Phono Preamp
  • Parasound Halo Integrated Amp
  • GoldenEar Triton 2+ towers up front
  • Hsu Research VTF-3mk3 subwoofer

Like most of you, I'm also very interested in DIY approaches to improvements, due to budgetary issues

I'm 58 years old, and I've been trying to re-acquire a lot of the vinyl I lost due to Hurricane Katrina. My collection right now is pretty good. I spend a lot of time on Discogs, and I'm a big fan of Acoustic Sounds, and MFSL.

Well, that seems like a decent intro.

Thanks,
Errol

It's always good to welcome another vinyl user!  Hope you get a lot from Audio Circle, and can give a bit back.  It's an excellent site.   :thumb:
