Quick introduction... I've been into audio equipment since my teenage years. While I haven't done much in terms of DIY speaker making, I did suspend some car stereo speakers from the ceiling when I was younger and knew no better and could afford no better. :O
I have a few stereo - theater systems now with equipment from the likes of Denon, Marantz, Anthem, B&W, Revel, Canton, SVS and so on. I stumbled across these forums by way of the Danny videos. One of my Canton Vento's blew which has led me to getting the driver removed and poking around in the box itself.
