Cones/Spikes
« on: 6 Mar 2022, 07:51 pm »
I've got around 120 hours on the Sapphire M4s but have yet to install the cones/spikes.  The speakers are standing on the rubber feet that come standard.
The tweets are aiming at my ears so am I missing anything by not installing them?

Based on your room and floors the spikes may be needed I have mine on wooden floors and needed IsoAcoustics Gaias on mine. Big difference in sound

I tried many feet, and how you have them now sounded the best, at least on my carpeted floor, not even close.

What Gaias did you put on your M4's?  Do they come with the hardware to mount correctly on the M4's?  I am considering getting some for my M4s.

Thanks,
