So asking if anyone has a pair set up in a Hometheater scenario?  I want to add a center and also trying to set up crossover point with my subs.  Any recommendations on either would be appreciated.

Hi Don,

I have the X3s for both music and home theater.  They work equally well in either situation.
--  I recently set a crossover point of 30 Hz (for music) to my subwoofers (Server to DAC to Amp).  The X3s do well down to 30 Hz.
--  I use Audyssey to calibrate all speakers (ATMOS system) for home theater (Server to Marantz Pre/Pro to Amp).  Audyssey set a crossover of 40 Hz.

Since music was my primary concern, I use three X3s in front (for surround SACD music).  I use a projector for home theater so I was able to raise the screen up high.  We sit in recliners so when reclined for movies, no issues with the screen position.
