What chip, who made it, how old is it, why are you selling, what does it sound like, etc.

It'd be no different than having an ad that stated:

It's a R2R AD1865R NOS double parallel DAC. 115v with an internal power transformer. I recently purchased a Audio-GD NOS DAC from Wally Underwood which cost 5X as much so this is no longer needed. This DAC is very smooth sounding - not like most oversampling DACs you can find on the market. I've pared it with a silver plated copper 75 ohm one meter long SPDIF/Coax cable. The connectors are Neutrik Rean. They both are less than a year old and in excellent condition. Here is a picture of the inside:
