SOLD - A rare tube indeed! One of the most highly acclaimed GZ34/5AR4 tubes ever and in beautiful condition! This tube has hundreds of hours on it, yet it still tests "as new" (by TC tubes!) Sometimes called the "forever" tube since it can last last tens of thousands of hours. I've seen as high as 40K hours. New ones sell for over $800. Look at the used ones being offered on eBay, etc., and compare them to mine for both condition and price!

I've been holding on to it in case I ever bought another amp that uses this tube, but I'm not sure that will happen anytime soon, since I moved to SS. Purchased a number of years ago from an AudiogoN member to use in a AVA Ultravalve amp, which I owned for a couple of years. (The open architecture of the amp allowed to see the logo which I really liked!) Before I sold the amp, I removed the tube and stored it, then had it tested over a year ago and then put it back into storage.
