Sealed Servo Sub with Amplifier Mounted on It

Sealed Servo Sub with Amplifier Mounted on It

Should the cabinet be made bigger to accommodate the space that the amplifier takes up inside of the box?  Or is it insignificant?  I want to keep it simple and I'm thinking of just buying the pre-made box and single servo sub kit.
