I find McCartney 3,2,1 fascinating. Rick is obviously a big fan and Paul basks in the adulation, but none of that diminishes the fact that McCartney is extremely talented and Rick is a master of the mixing board. The duo discuss the Beatles, Wings plus a few obscure songs Paul recorded in his long career.
Working at the mixing board with the master tapes, Rick deconstructs Beatles songs bringing up just the bass lines, vocals, or lead guitar to demonstrate that even though Paul's songs sound simple the underlying instrumentation is inventive and complex. Paul adds in plenty of Beatles stories. I liked the part where Paul on piano demonstrates you only need three chords to play music, yea, if your name is Paul McCartney.
The 6 part series is streaming on Hulu
