Selling my Definitive Technology Mythos Gem XL on-wall speaker. One of these speakers was purchased direct from Definitive Technology as factory refurbished. You cannot tell the difference from the refurbished speaker & the non-refurbished speaker. They served duty as my Surround Back channels so they were not driven hard.
Price is for the pair. I can sell as a single speaker if necessary. I have the original shipping boxes, wall mounts, & mounting templates.
There are no marks or scratches on these speakers.

Definitive Technology's Mythos Gem XL delivers surprisingly big sound in a compact package. This speaker houses two 4-1/2" mid/bass drivers that are angled away from each other to create a spacious, lifelike soundstage. They flank a 1" pure aluminum dome tweeter that reveals lots of detail and nuance without adding a trace of edginess.
Slim profile makes it easy to place in your room
The enclosure is made of black hand-polished aluminum for a sleek look that'll go well with most modern décors. A keyhole slot on the back of the speaker allows you to mount it on your wall for out-of-the-way placement. The Gem XL is voice-matched with the entire Mythos series, so they're perfect for use as compact surround speakers in a system made up of larger Mythos main speakers. Or use the Gem XL as your front and surround speakers, with the Mythos Seven center channel speaker and either the SuperCube 2000 or ProSub 800 subwoofer.
