SP2 will not turn on.

SP2 will not turn on.

Hi, My SP2 preamp/processor does not want to turn on.
It will start Initializing....
Then display: SP2 OS vl.06 May 02 2008.
Then nothing... will not click on.
Tried unplugging. Any ideas?
Is there a reset procedure?
