This is a "no Name" tube CDP that is marketed on a small scale here as the BADA HD22.
I took this in from another small dealer, as partial trade for a pair of VMPS speaker and boy
![Mr. Green ](https://www.audiocircle.com/Smileys/audiocircle/icon_mrgreen.gif)
was I pleasantly surprised.
In most areas it was equal to or better than my MiniMax CDP. In one area in particular, the metallic sound of cymbals and metal instruments, it was clearly better. No "splash and cringe", but more solid metallic ring and "sizzle"
Bass is clean and tight, and treble is extended, clear and clean.
It also plays HDCD.
Has a remote which honestly is not all that great.
It has (strangely enough) both an "SS" and a "tube output", as well as a digital out.
