It looks like they are only available in 16/44.1 on Qobuz.

I suspect all these CDs were recorded in this rate,  só Its the max available without upsampler.

Check out Herbie Mann: Impressions of the Middle East. YouTube seems to have the individual songs of the album, but not the whole album. I have it on CD and burned it to my Mac Mini set up.
