i started a thread with a video showing how to smoke cornish hens. there was one reply and now there is no place to reply or modify the original post.
is this a no no? if so, i wish someone would tell me so i know what i did wrong.

I would imagine that the lack of responses was because fewer people eat Cornish game hens rather than anything else.
I brine and smoke whole chickens often and have never considered a CGH.

No. Actually hard to get good fresh Cornish Hens at times. They are a bit gamey compared to chicken for most. We love them. I butterfly them season with Old Bay and granulated garlic brush with EVOO and cook on grill.
