Well, at least to posting. I've been lurking here for years and benefiting from postings. But it has now become time to join.
I listen to classical music and have been on a decades long search for bringing the concert into my living room without having to make space for the musicians. I put together my first system in my freshman year of college: A Dynaco ST70 kit, a PAS3 preamp kit, an AR turntable, and a pair of KLH 6's. It as been a long and winding path since then.
Like many of you, I've had more time to listen to music, and have been hit with the upgrade bug. Since I can't go to stores (immune challenged household) I need vicarious advice.
