This 2A3 amp was built for me by Sean Casper.  It is specifically made to drive 16 Ohm speakers, but I used it on several types of speakers with no issues. The only reason I am selling it is that I have a new pair of 45 mono amps that Sean built for me.  Sean's workmanship is fantastic.  Look closely at the picture with the small piece of wood sitting on the amp top plate and several of the screws.  You can see that all the screws are countersunk.  It is this attention to detail that sets his amps apart from the herd.  Amp is in superb condition.  The base is made of several cast aluminum corner pieces and all the other metal is powder coated for years of use while retaining its beauty.  The amp has no hiccups – just hook it up and play.  The 2A3 tubes shown on the amp are Shuagang Black Treasures.  Also included is a pair of TJ Full Music 2A3 meshplates.  As you can see in the picture of them they have unmatched glass envelopes, but sound identical.  If you prefer their sound to the Black Treasures, just play them as is or buy new ones with matching envelopes.  This way you can try out the sound of meshplates before spending on them.  Also included is a spare pair of Philips C3Ms.  The ones on the amp currently are by Siemens.  Price is absolutely firm at $1500 plus shipping (from Shreveport, LA) and Paypal, unless you use their sending to a friend option.  I will ship by Fedex Ground insured for the full amount plus shipping costs.  I may have to ship the tubes in a separate box – just not sure yet.  Email. with any questions or call in the afternoon and evening.  glynnwilson@comcast.net  318-734-4655  Will ship only in CONUS.
