setting up the room tomorrow. Pathos sounds best with RM30's also a little bit bass shy, but thats ok for now. Also the setup procedure from immedia works great on them.

Just wanted to give an update..

Hey Florian,

Good to see you up and running again.

Get that digital camera to work and shot some pics when you can.

Hey John,

tomorrow will be the big day where we will rip the room apart and make it work for the RM30 :-)

The base rails work perfeclty and look and have a better quality than the originals. But then again this was a profesional wood worker.

The Pathos may only have 45wpc @ 8ohm but that thing wacks the RM30's around, but is a little bit bass shy.

I don't know about you, but I see visions of Krell on the bottom and Pathos on top. 8)

I wonder how the sensitivity/impedances match up? :o

Not unless you have a way to match them up.

Very unlikely that ss amp and tube amp will have the sensitivity.

Actually, unless I'm wrong about the model, the amp section "is" SS (class A), but the greater problems would seem to be that it is an integrated with no "line outs".

So doen't look like any "biamping" is easily possible :?

Biamping not, but biwiring  :D We finally figured out were to place them and the short side was clearly the better one. Pictures comming soon :-)
