I have been using Bryston amplification since my PhD years in California, starting with a 2B, and slowly upgrading all the way to 14Bs.
Still have my 8B NRB, BP 20 and BP26. The amps have traveled around the world with me: from California to Oregon, where the transfomers on the 8B NRB got changed to 220V, then on to South Africa (where it got shipped back to Canada for repair), and from South Africa to Switzerland.
Mostly been very happy about the brand, the service, the support and the repair (just paid for shipping).
Other equipment include RME ADI2 FS DAC, Marantz NA11-S1 streamer/dac, Auralic Mini Streamer, Linn Karik and Numerik, Proceed PCD3 CD player and other stuff. Speakers are Dunlavy SCIV. Currently adding a SVS SB 2000 Pro, for 2.1 Stereo listening.
By education I am an MSc EE and have added post grad degrees thereafter.
