Does anyone have :
1. Recommendations for the black paint to use inside the Cabinet before applying the No Rez?
2. Do you just cover all the surfaces inside with No Rez or is there a special method?
3. What is the best for cutting the No Rez?
Thanks in advance.
1: You don't need to paint the inside of the cabinet, just the outside parts your going to see. So long as the MDF is clean it'll stick just fine.

2. It should be applied to as much of the bare, flat surfaces as it reasonably achievable, with the bottom left bare for mounting the crossover board. The back/ sides and top are the primary focuses, with cut outs to fit the structural braces, binding posts & the port.
3. For clean cuts, a table saw or band saw should work great. If you're not picky, a sharp box razor or hack saw blade will work as well, but will also be more tedious.
