Up for sale is a Maker Audio (Edge Electronics)G7 Stereo Power Amp. LOVE LOVE LOVE this amp. Best SS amp I have ever had in my system. Only selling because I'm moving back to 100% tubes. Tom Maker is the founder of Edge Electronics. He bought back his patents/tech and started Maker Audio a few years ago. Quietest amp EVER

I AGREE 100%
This is among the best amps I have ever owned. Incredible detail, but still warm and very natural. Sound stage is wide and 3D. I have tested and owned amps ranging from $100 to $35,000 and I will happily put this one up against the most expensive ones.
Above all, the power supply is beyond the price would reflect, it is dead quiet. Which is very hard in my audio room, almost all amps have a slight hum.
For my asking price you will not find ANYTHING that sounds nearly as good, if you are in the market for a good power amp.

Hi All,
So I sold my preamp (Rogue RP5) and hooked my CD player audiolab 8300 directly to this Maker Audio 175 watt pwer amp.
The sound was BETTER. Amazing how good this AMP can play music.
Highly recommend. If you don't like it , you can easily sell for asking price.

I bought a 100% luxman tube amp and this SS amp is almost as good
Just packed up in original packing and ready to ship

It was sincerely the best SS amp I have ever owned.

I could not agree more. Really love this amp and will miss it. Sometimes an upgrade isn't really an upgrade. So close to the 8k Luxman that I purchased. Actually the low noise on the G7 is much better than the luxman.
Whoever gets it next probably will never sell it.

SO I loaned this G7 amp to my friend to try out. (until his new 20k mono-blocks arrive).
He was blown away by the level of performance especially at this price point. If I didn't already buy the Luxman, I would have kept it as this is the best sounding SS I ever had in my system (30 years in this sometimes crazy hobby).

Whoever buys it will be extremely HAPPY they did.
