Jolida Phono stage and remote unit are here

Fed. Ex. dropped of a bunch of boxes today!! The JD9 phono stage and JD50 remote units are here.
The remote unit is not the same as it appears in the pictures that were on my website. I will post pictures later this evening.
There is not a lot available from this initail order. Interested parties are welcome to call with questions or to place an order.

No Mods to the phono stage. I honestly feel the Jolida unit is one of the better units I have heard in the price range. I have another tube unit in mind for that!

After posting that last message I thought there was something missing. Sorry. I have been experimenting with the Ming-Da 767-RD and finding this to be a very good sounding unit. In stock form, it's okay but with a few changes, I truly think it would be a killer piece for well under $1k.
Time is something I have been running short on lately so I am not able to get this unit exactly where I want it in a timely fashion but I am working on it between scheduled mod work and getting the new showroom running.

Here is a picture of the JD50 remote control platform as promised. It does have remote volume but NOT remote switching. By the way, it does look better with different control knobs.

How does the Ming-Da 767-RD sound compared to the Jolida, and more importantly, the Acoustech PH-1 Platinum?

Well, in my opinion, the Jolida is a bit more refined with the ming-da being a bit warmer and almost rolled off in the upper extremes. These are some of the areas that will be addressed in the upgrades but at the moment, this project is on the back burner do to lack of time. As far as the other you mentioned, I have not had the chance to hear this one so I cannot comment.
