  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Welcome!

What drew you to the Philippines in particular?  (We've thought about wintering in Panama or other Latin American countries.)

Welcome to Audio Circle!  :thumb:

Moving to a place where the cost of living is lower is a pretty interesting approach to funding one’s audio addiction...

Thanks for the warm welcome

I moved to the Philippines, Cebu in particular, because one of my friends was moving to start a business and I had never been to Asia before so I thought it would be a good home base for traveling.
The biggest problem here is language barrier and traffic.  Everyone speaks a little English but if you have any special requests at a business or restaurant they usually don't understand.

More of a joke but it made me stop spending so much on cars, now I spend too much on Audio.
