This is a pair of Cirrus Blacks from around 2012. They are in tiger maple and natural ply finish, stained in a beautiful frost stain.

Many know these are extraordinary stand mount speakers, using some of the finest drivers and parts in the world: Audio Technology C-Quenze woofers and RAAL ribbon tweeters, premium crossovers built into a sub-chamber on the bottom for isolation, with Jantzen Z-cap and V-Cap OIMP and CUTF caps, Jantzen Cross Coil inductors and Dueland resistors with WBT binding posts.
These drivers and parts alone are over $2500, and the complex stacked plywood cabinets marvels, very non-resonant and they handle the back wave very well.
At around $3500 when new these were greatly underpriced, IMO.
All of this makes for a standmount that is on a par with the very best I've heard. The result is very balanced, detailed, transparent and musical. I've had dozens of great standmounts and these don't take second fiddle to any.
The current version is over $8,000.
They will ship in the 4 original very protective boxes, weighing about 200 lbs. total.
