Not sure if anyone else has seen this. With the previous beta update Qobuz was functioning correctly again but with the most recent 2019.11.14 beta firmware Qobuz tracks will not play. Tracks/album can be loaded to the play list but when selected to play the tracks are just skipped through fast without loading to play time line. Seems to be same problem as we had in the summer with earlier beta. So I guess I need to return to stable  FW from May for Qobuz to play in MDP?
Qobuz plays with no problems from Audirvana with BDP in DNLA renderer mode.

Did you install S2.42 2019-11-12 before installing S2.42 2019-11-14?  S2.42 2019-11-12 features changes to the playback mechanism, its been working well for us and a few others; this would be the first failure we've seen.  Ideally we'd like you to reinstall S2.42 2019-11-14 if its been removed and place it into service mode and email us the service id so we can take a look remotely and possibly fix the issue.

Hi Chris,

Yes, I think I had S2.42 2019-11-12 installed before S2.42 2019-11-14. I remember updating a couple of times in recent weeks. It was the beta before 11.12 that I recall fixed the first problem I had with Qobuz track skipping. BDP still has S2.42 2-19-11-14 installed. I will put it in service mode right now and pm service id to you.

Where do I check to see if updates have been done or are available?

It has also quit functioning for me via DLNA to Microrendu. To be honest, I don't know how it was set up prior, it just worked so I didn't mess with it.

Qobuz is working for me again in S2.42 2019-11-14. I know there has been some attention to my BPD made via service mode. Thank you for sorting.
