SOLD: Daedalus DA-RMa V2 -

I listed these about a year ago and got a few offers not close enough to my asking priced.  Decided to keep them a while longer since the baby was only 3 months old.  Well, now he's 16 months old and very active.  The time has come to pack up the things of value and downsize into a small bedroom system.  Plus, since I'm in law school, I've really only listened to background studying music over most of the last year.  I don't need speakers of this caliber for background music.

Ok, these are very fine Daedalus "monitor-style" speakers.  They have the full V2 upgrades, but not the latest drivers or duelund crossovers.  They still sound truly excellent to my ears, and would be an excellent foundation now, even if you intended on having Lou upgrade them in the future.  Or you could just have him upgrade them now, and likely get a pretty big bargain compared to the new prices of his latest designs.  They're basically the same speaker as the Athena, just with a slightly smaller cabinet, but greater versatility given the walnut/maple bases that come with them.  Really really versatile design that will sound great in smaller spaces, but can also scale to larger ones without much trouble.  High efficiency design, and they can be driven with any kind of amp you want to use.  They sound great with everything, but will reward you as you increase the quality of your electronics.

I'm asking $4,000 plus shipping, but am willing to travel up to 4 hours to deliver them in-person, or split the difference to meet in the middle up to 4 hours.  That puts Phoenix, Flagstaff, and El Paso within delivery distance.  And Las Vegas, San Diego, LA, and Albuquerque/Santa Fe within range to meet in the middle.  There are three boxes, one for each speaker, and one for all the bases.  It all fits in my Prius with seats folded down, so not hard to transport.  The boxes are also small enough for Fedex, and we'll insure as best we can if we have to go that route.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Small crack - not structural, visible from seating position if you look for it, but doesn't call attention to itself.

Excellent speakers, I have heard these many times. genjamon is a great guy.
The small crack will almost close up in any location more humid than Tucson with our single digit humidity.
