Martin Logan Aerius I - Used Price? & Amplifier?

All,

I have the opportunity to get a pair of ML Aerius I speakers (All Black). Anyone know the going used rate for them? Also looking for amplifier/integrated suggestions to drive them.

Had a chance to take a look at Audiogon and eBay. Looks like a set of biwired Aerius Is go for somewhere between $1200-$1500. I checked the Orion Blue Book and they should be selling between $850-$1200, depending on condition. As a former ML Scenario owner, I used a Parasound amp which easily drove the speakers. I think as long as you have at least 100 quality watts of power, you can't go wrong.

Thanks for the info. The asking price is $1K, shipping included from Virgina. I am thinking that is pretty fair.

Seller says that they are Aerius I, but they only have a single binding post, so they are not bi-wirable. Are these really the I version?

The Aerius I can come in single and biwire configurations. The older Aerius was also the same way.
