Wonderful pair of ESP CONCERT GRAND, Series II in rosewood finish. Very good condition cosmetically. Since I visually checked them quite some time ago, I noted a small sized hole in the grill cloth on both but overall in very good cosmetic appearance with the rosewood panels all in very good to excellent condition. These are in need of repair, hence the "Technicians special"... Seven of the fourteen drivers between both speaker cabinets are not outputting sound. According to the designer & builder, Sean McCaughan, this could be crossover issues or multiple driver issues...No guarantees or promises but I feel this is a crossover issue as two of the drivers that are not passing sound are woofers. I do have test results of which drivers are not outputting sound per speaker. I do have one replacement tweeter that is included in this sale. I do have the factory crates but re-crating these is an endeavor I do not look forward to tackling. Local pickup (Miami Florida) is preferred and will be rewarded with an additional discount. Any freight charges are on the buyer as well as the research/ arrangements for shipping. Each crate is 67.2" high by 23.5" wide by 18.5" deep and weigh approximately 310 pounds each. I won't go into their sonic attributes as since you are reading this you are probably already made aware of just how beautiful these can sound. I will say from memory that nothing creates the scale and depth attributes of a grand piano like these did as I have since had Legacy Aeris and currently Vapor Nimbus which fall short of this lifelike attribute. So if you are handy and technically qualified, you are getting an unbelievable deal for a pair of speakers in which their current version retails for forty thousand dollars!!!!
