Hi Louis-

I see that you are planning a speaker demo at the AK Fest this April. Do you know what speakers you will be showing, or I guess to be more specific, will you be bringing a pair of Grande 6's? I picked up a parallel 2A3 (2-2A3's per side - 8 wpc) a couple of months ago and I've been wanting to audition a pair of these ever since! I might be able to save you the trouble of taking them back with you...

hey jim.

i spoke to louis today and he told me that his computer is down.

he said that his email would work but nothing else.

he said that when he went online he would get spammed to death and could get nothing done.

he was going to have someone take a look at it and should be online soon.

his speakers are great.i picked up a pair of 6's and they have been kickin ass right out of the box.

have them hooked up to a panny xr50 that as been modded by Bolder Cable.its a really nice sound.i also have a sub in line as well and its a nice mix.

hope you get a chance to listen to them their special.

It's simply amazing how much computers have changed our lives in the last ten years or so. We often don't realize it until something like that brings you (or your business) to your knees, at least temporarily. Sounds like some kind of spy-bot or perhaps his computer has been hacked. We are especially prone to this when we have to share a computer with others,  especially teenagers. It's not that they are teens - it's that they go to the types of sites that are most likely to provide some sort of computer hazard. I guess we all need to learn as much as we can about computer hygiene and security.

I glad you like your 6's. I've been doing a bit of research on them and have not found one person who was unhappy with them. They are also priced resonably and maintain a good resale value.

Being that the speakers are really the keystone in any audio system, I'd like to try them with my amp, which I plan on bringing to the AK Fest. Thanks alot for the feedback-

Jim
